I chose Allied Foundation to repair my foundation. I also had them to correct the problem of my bathroom water draining directly onto the ground underneath my bathroom. The entire work team was diligent in completing the entire Scope of Work within the expected time of 2 days in spite of a torrential downpour on their second day of work. Due to the ran on the 2nd day, Allied returned the following day to backfill the holes requiring for trenching and plumbing at the back of the house. Your foreman communicated well with me in each step of the Scope of work, pThe price quoted was very competitive. My Sales Representative Luis Castillo was very thorough in explaining the Scope of Work, the Lifetime Transferrable Warranty. He was considerate of my budget due to the recent loss of my husband and half of my monthly income. I highly recommend Allied Foundation Specialists. They did an outstanding job elevating our house. Here’s what I observed working with them:• Professionalism - from the owner Richard Pacheco down to the work crews, including their subcontractors (concrete, lift machine operator, and railing fabrication).• They care about quality, and it shows in their results.• The work started on January 6th; the final inspection was April 14 including a few weather delays.• Hardworking, very cohesive excavation and lifting crew. Willing to work in cold, muddy conditions as needed. They knew what to do, and excavated large quantites of dirt from under the house to set up lift jacks underneath.• Once everything was prepared, the 48-inch lift was accomplished in a single day.• Lifting our two-story house was no small feat. It includes a chimney, two additions, multiple A/C units, an attached four-car garage, and four exits. They accomplished this complex lift without damaging the slab or structure.• Pete Adams, the construction manager, and his supervisor, JaBriska McCarley, were great collaboration partners to answer questions and to manage the challenges that always arise during large projects.• I met JaBriska during the bid process. She stood out from the other contractors who submitted bids because of her sensitivity to the challenges the residents in our home have experienced.• Everyone was respectful and courteous throughout the process.• We endeavored to serve the crew as they were serving us. I had the privilege to converse several times with Gersen, Noe, and Luis.• After the house was lifted, there was a great deal of concrete work by Jose Badillo and his crew. The ramped driveway, pad in front of the garage, four stairways, and the brick wall around the entire structure are both strong and beautiful.• The powder-coated railing on the stairs and the elevated driveway are very well constructed and beautiful.In summary, we are very pleased with the outcome of the project and our partnership with Allied. The work done appears to have corrected most of the issues with the foundation. The price was as expected and done in the expected time frame. I rated a 4 based on a few somewhat minor issues.1. The repairs to the concrete to fill the holes after adding the piers was sub-par and all of them have developed cracks after about a year and were not leveled and smoothed.2. The holes were refilled before the inspector signed off and it took several days of my time to get that cleared up.3. The crew left some messes after completing the work. Concrete spills on the driveway and porch and some water bottles in the bushes.Update: Allied immediately saw this review and offered to come out and fix the cracked and uneven concrete patches soUPDATED to a 5 star for customer service. The whole process was great. They can to the house and gave me a free estimate. The pricing was really reasonable and they were willing to come out on Friday the same week. The crew arrived first thing Friday morning and went to work. They worked hard and finished the same day. They put the flower bed pavers back in order and left things better than expected. I would definitely recommend Allied Foundation Repair. I already have!!! Less
